Enables its user to read people's minds, transmit his own memories to someone else, and generate tears of various shapes (e.g. whale-shaped tears with enough power to pulverize wooden crates and stun a group of people). It also enables its user to observe events taking place far away, by "transmuting" his gaze into a bird's-eye view of everything happening within a given perimeter.
